Rights of the data subject

Affected persons whose personal data is processed by the operator have the following rights:

  • request from the operator access to personal data relating to the person concerned,
  • the right to correct personal data,
  • the right to portability of personal data,
  • revoke your consent at any time, if it has been granted,
  • the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data.

If personal data are processed illegally, the reason for their processing has expired, or the data subject has revoked their consent to the processing of their personal data, the data subject has:

  • the right to delete personal data
  • the right to limit the processing of personal data
